Sophia Macek Rowe brings a dynamic blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and cross-cultural insight to her role as the Marketing Project Manager at Tony Foreman + Co. Consulting. With a background spanning over 9 years in marketing strategy, communications, project management, and fundraising, Sophia specializes in helping brands refine their voice, tell compelling stories, and connect meaningfully with their audience — online and in real life.

Known for her emotional intelligence and ability to move projects forward with clarity and momentum, Sophia partners with clients to develop brand identities, marketing campaigns, digital content, and guest engagement strategies tailored to their unique goals. She brings particular strength in team alignment, campaign ideation, and fast adoption of evolving digital tools.

A graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland, Sophia studied International Languages and Cultures—French, as well as Global Studies, and spent over a decade living in five countries. This global perspective informs her approach to brand building and audience engagement. Outside the office, she can be found playing tennis or golf, experimenting in the kitchen, or reading in the sun with an iced latte in hand.
